Refund and Return Policy

PRODUCTS:
Refunds are allowed for products. The following terms apply for returns of physical products: You may only request refunds within 72 hours of purchase. Refund requests must be in writing and sent to info@troop7862.org. Refunds will be issued to the same credit card that was charged when ordering the product. To return a product for a refund, you will need to obtain a Return Merchandize Authorization (RMA) number by contacting us at info@troop7862.org.

If you feel that your credit/debit card was used fraudulently on lighttheworld.us, please contact us for immediate resolution.
